Good little spot to rest your head for 2 nights while out exploring phillip island. Showers not very hot and reccomend to pack your own soap. The soap there wont wash you at all

This is a lower cost property away from the noise of the main road. The rooms are generous in size if dated. The bathroom has been recently updated and parking was easy. However, the impersonal check in is disconcerting and the grounds really need some attention.

Great price. The spa room was brilliant. Light in the bathroom flickered and eventually went out, but that could happen anywhere. My only complaint, couldn't get the room dark enough at night with the light outside.
