Charming hidden gem around Chautla. One of the best Mision Hotel that I've stayed. The property is beautifully kept. The staff is always there whenever you need something. We felt very cared. Food is delicious at the restaurant. The access from the hotel to the castillo is very convenient. A big applause to the staff doing the leyendas tour, it was excellent!! Definitely a place I would stay again without doubt.

One of the best places for a quick escape from city traffic and stress. Staff are friendly and courteous, ready to help anytime! Breakfast is good, but better if you upgrade to the buffet ;) If you plan to visit the adjacent park, be advised they respond to different management and business rules and sometimes there are frictions among them and the hotel. This is not the hotel's fault at all.

Los colchones y almohadas son muy muy viejos , y los baños de las habitaciones también. Es un lugar hermoso pero si deja mucho que desear la Cómodidad de la cama y almohadas

Based on my experience on my different hotels I have ever been, this place is not only unique...the staff is amazing, the service in all areas keep us super happy until the last minute. Ms. Xóchitl the Manager, take care of us making sure we were happy enough. The front desk service was very polite and kind, and they put always an special attention to us. The food!!!!! Simply amazing!!!

The history of the property was amazing. The location is far from any community therefore the hotel restaurant is the only one. Serves was very slow so have patience because the food is delicious.

Terrible… run from this hotel..
Such a wasted potential… the place is beautiful BUT It was a terrible stay to be honest, room was disgusting, bugs everywhere… the furniture was very bad taken care of. Bed was very hard.. room was super hot and there was no air conditioning. The restaurant took forever to get our food. Pool water was literally white disgusting

Excellent for chilling out, bad for breakfast
The hotel is amazing, the staff is friendly and the hitel in general is well-cared. Nevertheless, the breakfast is not good, the price doesn't match with quality: only few dishes in buffet service, too much carbs and so expesive (15 USD pp), anyhow, there's no other option in this place for breakfast

This was a very nice surprise the hotel was very nice and clean, fully renovated maintaining the history and the park next the hotel was great for the kids, they fished, use the boats, enjoy the zip line and ran around the park. I totally recommend this, my only complain is that they should include the cost of the park and the and the activities in the hotel, you have to pay that with cash, its not expensive around 100usd in cash, they a accept only pesos.

Beautiful historic property in a magical setting. However, they seem understaffed and we were unable to get pool towels, didn't have enough bathroom towels for the number of our party, and never brought us ones they kept saying were om their way. At the restaurant for breakfast they didn't tell us that they had an omelet and quesadilla station outside after I asked if they had any non-meat options at the buffet and made me order a la carte. Not huge things but for a luxury hotel, they need to improve on their service.

Good experience.
Very nice hotel and stay. The weather was quite cold and we got sick but it wasn't the hotel fault. But if you go in winter consider that they don't have heating and the buildings are not well prepared for cold weather. We'll be back, though.

GREAT find!
We just needed an overnight place between Puebla and Mexico City... what a great discovery this Hacienda was for us! We were supposed to leave early but we couldn't tear ourselves away from the gorgeous gardens and the breakfast buffet! We will go back, looking forward to it!

Lovely place, still a new hotel that can improve.
Nice hotel overall, but it is lacking things like coffee and mini bar in the rooms, as well as air conditioning. The beds were very comfortable and they looked beautiful, but the bed posts were blocking our view of the tv, so we couldn't watch it at all. We stayed there on a Wednesday, so there were no outdoor activities an there is no gym or anything else to do. It's a great place to rest, especially for couples or working teams.

Tienen un buen servicio de leyendas y recorridos pero cuando llegue las habitación no estaba lista (no había toallas, ni botellas de agua) tuve que pedir agua caliente porque la ducha estaba fría , no hay secadora de cabello (hay que pedirla a recepción ). Nadie te explica horarios para acceder al parque Chautla. Todo lo demás está aceptable
