I need my refund, I did not stay because they did not have a room available for us. I reserved a room with private restroom, and they did not have it available.

The property was dirty, especially the bathroom. The room with double beds had holes on the wall and the beds were very uncomfortable (old and squeeky). I would sink on the bed and you could feel the bed springs. The restrooms are shared and located outside the rooms and they were very dirty, smelly, and outdated.
