Small hotel room however the perfect size for 1 person. Was there for two days and they include breakfast as well. Overall, 5 out of 5 for me and thank you for making this visit very pleasant.

Customer service was non existent. Room had no AC. Water faucet was broken but I was accused of breaking it. They did not let me leave until I paid them an extra fee. This place was horrible. Do not stay.

Dirty spot, not clean room, didn’t replace the towels bed sheets, poor tv cable, also the parking spot to smaller. Worst experience compared with another hotel

The staff at Hotel Shagul were very nice and helpful. There was 24/7 front desk staff and security. However the room service was not available. Maybe they didn’t want to enter the room when I was not there? Also the amenities are a little misleading. Breakfast is not for free as there’s a fee and there is no shuttle to and from the hotel. Maybe they need to update their website

Kind employees and service. Limited English. 10 minutes walk from the Metrocemter. Safe area but at night, some night clubs are on the way and few cars are on the street.

A nice, inexpensive little hotel, not far from the city center. The most pleasant and helpful staff. The hotel offers a substantial breakfast each morning. I would highly recommend this place.

I liked the staff. They were very friendly and attentive to my needs. I booked the room with breakfast and it was totally worth it. The room was private and had fans to aid with the heat as El Salvador is hot! There were also rooms with A/C, but I didn’t need it. Security is 24/7 and hotel is open as well. I did not like the fact that a extra fee was charged upon checking in when I pay with credit card. This should have been included in the reservation. Also, I didn’t like that the room next to mine had the TV on very loud in the early morning. I think setting rules will prevent this from happening again. Considering the location is near everything such as malls, shops, museums and 10m away from downtown by car, I will definitely recommend this place and myself will be booking again next time I go to beautiful El Salvador.

Estimado huesped, sentimos que la cama no haya sido de su agrado , con respecto al desayuno no fueron 15 minutos despues de la hora establecida.usted salio una hora después y la señorita que les recibió les dijo que nuestro horario de desayuno es de 6:30 a 9:30 de la mañana . También dentro de las habitaciones esta indicado nuestro horario
