Location was great. Walkable to Duomo & other famous sites. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Room was spacious and very clean. Totally would recommend to everyone.

Check in and check out were fantastic - smooth and fast. Some issues with heating/ac system. We had a superking size bed but 2 mattresses. it would be great to have mattress of the same size of the bed

This hotel was great for overcoming jet lag. Our room was clean, spacious, and had room darkening curtains, sound proofing walls and glass doors. It served breakfast in the morning with multiple choices of food and drinks. The restaurant had local dishes at reasonable prices. It was a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and 25 minute walk to the Last Supper. It's in the heart of Milan. I was extremely impressed with this hotel and would stay there again.
