Great location next to Santa Maria Church and at the center of old city. Great for bar hopping. Neat and cozy room with great view from terrace. Reception was very helpful. We arrived pretty early in the morning and left late in the evening but they were happy to keep our luggage before check-in and after check-out. They even offered us an early check-in by e-mail during the day.

In the heart of the Old Town.

Lovely room with fab terrace and view of the church opposite. Excellent breakfast too included in the price, loved the free glass of wine also.

The hotel was in an exceptional location, very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. We had only one complaint, which was that in our terrace room the sound of the bells from the church was very loud and they would sound frequently - this may have been less noticeable from other rooms though, as we were on the top floor very close to the bells.

The location of the hotel is great in the old town close to everything. Our room was nicely decorated and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they had the best breakfast so far!

Great hotel in Old Town

Nice hotel an easy walk from anywhere in the historic district and close to all car parks; room was very clean, staff friendly and polite, and breakfast package well worth it with cook to order as well as buffet. Their adjacent tapas/restaurant place also quite good.

The hotel is very cute and pretty. The staff was extremely helpful. They helped us booked a reservation at one of the nearby restaurants. The location is amazing as you are steps away from all the bars and pintxo places. There is a church right across the street. Our room opened to the view of the church. The church bells do ring every 15 minutes, but only starts at 8am to 11pm (or around then). The closed windows will still let the church bell sounds in, but it does do a good job blocking out all the crowd noises. My wife and I absolutely loved this hotel and San Sebastian in general!

Perfect location to explore. Great hotel - on top of restaurants, coast line/beach, shops. Rooms are a good size, very clean, Nespresso machine and safe. Double sided balcony was stunning. Staff friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

The property is in a fantastic location in the centre of the old town. Great for walking to restaurants and also walking and hiking trails along sea wall. Taxis are able to access very close to the hotel so convenient in that respect as well.
