Amazing views

Stayed in one of the sea view suites. Fantastic views from both balconies across the bay. The front of house staff were exceptional, very friendly and great communication. Would definitely stay again if back in Donostia.

Hotel is in a great location, just a street back from the beach with its lovely promenade. 15 minutes walk to the old town. If coming by car it’s easy to get to and park at. We had a junior suite on the top floor on the corner - room 504 - and the views were amazing. Check in staff were friendly and it was nice to have cans of free soft drinks available upon our return in the afternoon.

Nice hotel near beach and city centre

Nice modern hotel less than 5 minutes walk from wonderful beach and 10 minutes from old town. We stayed in a junior suite which was spacious and comfortably furnished. The balcony afforded a view over the town and to the sea. Bed was comfortable. We were able to sleep with window open. Rea and coffee making facilities in room. Continental breakfast was good. Staff friendly and efficient.

Excellent helpful reception. Superb views across the bay. Ultra easy car parking. Rooms a bit dated but spacious and comfortable. They have a strange assortment of lights in the room that are more of a nuisance than useful. No USB sockets in room. Close to eateries and bars. Convenient location easy to find.

This hotel i rated 4 star. Absolutely unbelievable, must be wrong! Maybe a 2-star rating would be fair. Small rooms, very limited facilities, not even a bar!! Breakfast buffet now worth the name. Avoid this hotel!

Good but could do with cleanliness improvements

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right by the beach and close to enough shops and restaurants. The staff were also very friendly. The room seemed clean although it had a very musty smell, even after leaving the windows open for a few hours. What put me off a bit was climbing into bed that night and finding sand on the sheets where my feet were, as if the sheets had not been changed. I then tried to sleep on the top sheet but realised that the duvet was not in a cover but rather wedged between 2 sheets. This made it a bit unpleasant. The breakfast the next morning was great and had good variety.

Very nice hotel with excellent location by the beachfront and 2 min walk away from the old town. Very clean and comfortable. The hotel offers secured underground parking for 22 euro a night. This is a busy area so this is a very convenient option. We travelled with a dog. The pet charge is very high in comparison to other hotels as they charge 30 euro for a pet per night. The hotel breakfast bar was closed due to covid restrictions so we had an option to order a breakfast box to a room which we did, 7.5 euro per person. The breakfast we got was a massive let down - surgery snacks type of food for a child. No good quality bread, no eggs, no cheese or good fruit.

Non capisco chi definisce “favoloso” un hotel datato e con aspetti poco piacevoli come una moquette nel corridoio davvero sporca, macchiata e vecchia. L’hotel che nella parte sotto é un condominio, é davvero vecchio con interni un po ristrutturati e un po’ no. La camera, piccola, presenta mobili dozzinali datati. Il bagno (con vasca doccia) davvero vecchio, piccolo con lavandino piccolo. Assurde queste vasche quando una doccia fatta bene risolverebbe almeno problemi di spazio e igiene. Non so se mi posso fidare di certe valutazioni che indicano come ottimo, favoloso, dove non c’è nemmeno un buon rapporto tra qualità e prezzo, in una città cosí bella e ben tenuta, questo era probabilmente uno degli edifici piú brutti. Sorry

Horrible. Lo cogí casi sin mirar por ser del grupo Meliá y tener buena localización y me defraudó completamente. La localización está bien, pero tampoco es primera línea con vistas al mar. El desayuno es pequeño pero completo, otra cosa positiva. La habitación viejísima. Muebles enormes antiguos, camas incómodas, miniventana, oscura. El baño sin renovar de hace años. Incómoda, bañera pequeña y de difícil acceso, no hay amenities. Lejos de la calidad de un 4 estrellas en España. En los alrededores no se puede aparcar, así que cogimos el parking. Caro, al igual que la habitación. La habitación nos salió carísima pero al menos esperaba que estuviera a la altura del precio. No lo estuvo. Coged otro hotel, cualquier otro.
