Totally different from the pictures. There is a kitchen, but it is very dirty and unusable. The sound echoes. I think a different hotel would be better.

Great location, but this was not a great “hotel”. This is an enclosed hostel. The beds were stiff and old. The place lacked soap or shampoo. The towels they give you are cheap and never dry after one use. Mold in the showers. I cannot believe I paid $312 dollars for this place. Really uncomfortable stay.

Bra valuta för pengarna.

Enkelt, men rent och fräscht. Något livat från gatan, men det får man räkna med med tanke på läget. Nära och bra till både strand och restauranger.

Cuando llegamos al alojamiento estaba cerrada, una persona que estaba por allí nos dijo que habían cerrado hacia meses. Es ilógico que la reserva siguiese en pie con esta situación. Es denunciable totalmente.De hecho quiero poner reclamación... cómo lo puedo hacer?

Les photos sont fausses, il n'y a pas grand chose de conforme à l'annonce, sauf la douche partagée, potentiellement partagée par plus de deux chambres. Les chambres sont minuscules, tout est en mauvais état, les douches ne sont pas propres, on entend toutes les portes claquer. Par contre très bien situé, au coeur de la vieille ville. Mais pour ce prix, offrez vous autre chose!

Limpieza y atención del personal de super lujo. La calidad-precio van de la mano aunque esta superó mis espectativas. Baños muy limpios a pesar de ser compartidos. Sin duda alguna volvería ya que su ubicación es excelente.

泊まるべきではない最低最悪の宿。

hotels.comが載せているフロント営業と実際の営業時間が異なり、チェックアウト手続きが遅れ、予約していたバスに乗れなかった。 営業時間が異なるのであれば泊まらなかったのに。 hotels.comが虚偽の情報を載せていた為に変更になった交通機関を補償して欲しい。 後日連絡を致します。 hotels.comではフロント営業時間は9:00からとなっていたが、実際は9:30からだった。 9:30より前なのは分かったが、部屋の中から声が聞こえたので、チェックアウトをお願いしたくて9:20頃ドアをノックしたら、中からフロントの男性が出てきて、「今何時だか分かってるか？時計持ってないのか？持ってんだろ。時計見ろよ。」と脅されました。 hotels.comも宿も、最低最悪だと思います。

フロントは決まった時間にしか開いてないので共同トイレ(シャワー含)が一カ所しかなく、早朝でも順番待ちでちょっと並びました。あとコンセントも各ベッドにはなかったです。まぁでも個人的にはスタッフさんが親切で、立地も良かったので満足です。muchas gracias :-)
