Lovely modern hotel in great, safe and quiet area. Easy to walk to old town and beach. Room very nice with comfy bed and great balcony looking over small park. All buses including tourist bus stops outside hotel.

Fantastic hotel perfectly situated to enjoy all that San Sebastián has to offer. Our duplex room was amazing and the staff in the hotel and the hotel bar were friendly and welcoming. We would highly recommend Room Mate Gorka and we will definitely be back!

The staff were excellent. Alex was wonderful! Our room was excellent, beautifully clean, with a clever use of space. We had a wonderful time in San Sebastián staying in this hotel.

I enjoyed this hotel: the decor, amenities, staff, breakfast, and location. Staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended
Good location and very friendly service. One thing to remind if you are driving. You can park on the hotel guest parking spot but only temporary. It was my own fault my car got towed. The receptionists are willing to tell you where the nearby parking arcade after you de-load your luggage. It is very very close to the hotel. Overall I enjoy staying in the hotel because it is in the centre of the city.

This was our first trip to San Sebastián and I don’t think we could have picked a better hotel or location. Perfectly situated for the old town and beach, the hotel is modern, very quiet despite its central location and spotlessly clean with great staff who could not help you enough. Would love to return one day and would definitely choose this hotel.

Wonderful property, excellent staff. Duplex roomson top floor were fantastic! Manageable size. Breakfast room a bit tiny but zero complaints. Walkable to anything you need in Donostia.

We had a wonderful stay at Room mate Gorka. The staff were all really friendly and helpful! The building is beautiful too, a lovely spot to base yourself while visiting San Sebastian. Walking distance to Old town and overlooks a lovely park..would highly recommend this hotel!
