"We had a lovely holiday and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has many great facilities, especially the spa and gym, which were a real bonus. Our child absolutely loved the nursery, and there was a great selection of activities to keep them entertained. The lunch and dinner buffets were very good, with plenty of choice. However, after a longer stay, we felt the menus became quite repetitive. It would be nice to see a little more variety throughout the week, both at breakfast and during lunch and dinner. One suggestion would be to serve breakfast until 10:30am. On several mornings, food started being cleared away before 10:00am, which felt a little rushed. As the hotel has such a relaxing atmosphere, it would be nice if breakfast service reflected that and remained fully available until the advertised finishing time. Our room wasnโt one of the newer refurbished rooms, as none were available to book, which was understandable. However, the shower was a real disappointment. The water temperature constantly changed from freezing cold to boiling hot without anyone touching the controls, making it very difficult to shower comfortably, especially with a child. We reported this and requested that a plumber look at it. Although we were told someone had attended, unfortunately nothing seemed to have changed and the problem continued for the rest of our stay. "This hotel was an excellent experience. Staff are very friendly. The rooms have excellent air-conditioning. Well needed for hot summers. The pool is a great addition as well. All you can eat buffet was pretty good and then having a restaurant for a late night eat was a great addition. I highly recommend."

"Itโs was great to have room cleaning every day and nice to come back to a freshly made bed . This is a family friendly hotel with no steps for people with pushchairs. This didnโt affect us but I could see this helped people with young families. All the staff of which many were young were extremely friendly and keen to help ."
