The room was good the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were small but I usually bring my own anyway. The pool was nice and the spa tub was great. I didn’t think I had asked for an accessible room but that’s what we got. No closet, just a hang bar and shelf. Just walk-in shower with a chair.

Extended Stay America Premier Suites – Phoenix - Chandler – Airport
Good stay except check-in was delayed because the front desk was understaffed. The one person working there was great, but he had to deal with something for another guest, and there was no one to check us in for about 15 minutes.

A little dirty, staff overnight lady always friendly, & nice, other front desk guess it depends on the day, sometimes very nice & friendly, sometimes a lil short and borderline rude

Metro Tempe Extended Stay
I stayed her previously and booked again. This room was on a different floor, had live cockroaches coming from the sink, bathtub and under the couch. I contacted the property manager and they were able to reassign me to another room on another floor that was clean without any sign of bugs.
