"I liked this place, staff were very friendly and we were offered cold water and/or coffee upon arrival. Keys are a bit sticky in the street entry door and door to the hotel inside. Also, this hotel is located on the second floor and has a small, slow lift (not uncommon in Italy in my experience). "Miramalfi hotel, Amalfi. What an amazing location and hotel! Everything from the beautiful rooms to the exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. The entire team — from concierge and reception to the bar, room service, and restaurant — were outstanding. Always smiling and eager to help, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The shuttle service was so convenient and always on time, which made getting around effortless. The food was excellent, and the team made my wife’s special day dinner truly memorable.
