"I recently stayed at Hotel Tres Piedras in El Salvador and had a mixed experience overall. Positives: The views are absolutely outstanding. Both from our room and throughout the property, the scenery is truly the highlight of the stay. The staff was another strong point. Everyone we interacted with was very helpful, attentive, and genuinely cordial, which made a big difference. The included breakfast was also very good, with great flavor and a nice variety of options. Negatives: There are a few areas that need improvement. The pool was quite disappointing. It was not heated, so we couldn’t really enjoy it due to the cold temperature. The water jets were also not functioning, and overall it felt a bit unclean. Additionally, there was no hair dryer in the room. We requested one, but it took a full day to receive it. Lastly, the room lock was defective, which was inconvenient and concerning from a security standpoint. Overall, the hotel has incredible potential thanks to its views and staff, but some maintenance and attention to detail would really elevate the experience."

"The hotel is very nice. They are undergoing renovation so it was a bit noisy. But mainly, the hotel is on such a busy street and while the noise stopped by 10 p.m. it started up at a little after 5 a.m. There was no way to sleep after that. The room was nice - very large and the bed super comfy. The bathroom was tiny. "
