"For the most part, the Xenia Hotel is very nice but they have issues with elevator and escalator currently that causes some inconvenience temporarily. However, it’s is clean, the staff is top notch from the bellman to the front desk and all at the restaurant. They have a free breakfast buffet that’s to die for with lots of good food that I would say is more of a brunch than breakfast with great food dishes for anytime of day and breakfast such as fresh fruits, desserts, eggs and pancakes. They have it all and it’s complimentary! I love this place as my go to when I return. They also have room service and a coffee shop for after hours along with a small casino that is pretty nice also. "

"Checking in, I was stopped at the gate and held up for 5-10 minutes and asked for my name by the guard 4 or 5 times. I don't know how many times I had to repeat myself when the reception desk is within sight and I can just verify if I'm indeed a guest there... archaic. The actual staffs are wonderful and very courteous. Absolutely nothing to criticize on that regards; likely the best aspect of my stay. Room is small, like studio size or less; it's fine for one but would be too tight for two. The A/C on the wall is old so it doesn't automatically stop at right temperature, plus has an odd smell. It's a farm(?) so the water is very hard and has a smell plus a bunch of minerals. Food in the restaurant is decently good. However, I had to check out very early, and when asked the receptionist, they don't have anything to provide me for to-go and/or cold options. So much for the (worthless) "free breakfast". Altogether, this place isn't worth the rate. The only thing exceptional is the staff."
