"Cannot fault the hotel at all. Service was incredible, staff will go above and beyond, clean rooms and the spa is brilliant! The views from the hotel are incredible as well. Breakfast was amazing too with lots of options - I have never seen protein powder at a breakfast buffet! Just an FYI, you need a universal adaptor if you want to charge anything by your bed. The normal European two pin (round) plug points are by the desk and in the bathroom."

"Lovely hotel , great spa, and lovely peaceful area. Room spotless and cleaned daily with lovely toiletries. The fridge doesn’t work it was warmer than the room so had to buy daily ice to have cold water. Great location to walk into town within 10 minutes to get to restaurants and an amazing bakery. We didn’t have breakfast as it was €30 for two and we were on the road early everyday so just used the bakery.great location to visit places by car within 1 hour there are lots of places to see. Gondola within walking distance and a lovely stream to sit and relax next to. We had a north facing room which was disappointing but apart from that enjoyed the stay."

"This is a lovely, cute hotel in the center of Cortina. The staff were kind and accommodating and the rooms were very clean and lovely. The restaurant (for dinner) is only open in the winter time I believe. The breakfast was delicious and generous and the breakfast staff were courteous and attentive. I imagine the bar and lobby area (very fun, chic decor) are more lively during ski season, but we still enojoyed a beautiful glass of champagne in the cozy bar."

The front desk staff was so welcoming, kind, and helpful answering questions and setting my husband and I up with a private taxi to get where we needed to be last minute. Everything about our stay here was great and we had nothing but good things to say. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again in the future."
