The manager waited for us just a little after 9pm (which was the limit for the check in timing) and we highly appreciate that gesture The room was very clean and quiet, and we loved the decor (plus the banana bread!) "The Art Hotel was very nice, and lived up to its name, with beautiful pieces of art attractively displayed throughout. I would give in 4.5, and not a 5, only because the brewed coffee in the dining room was terrible, and things that should have been hot, were not. That included the scrambled eggs, bacon, side vegetables, and aforementioned coffee and hot water. It was like the food warmers and hot pots were not ever turned on. We were there 4 nights, and it was the same each morning. Other than that, food was excellent, and location couldn't be beat."
