We will probably book again here

Great location, good price for what you get. The sea is perfect as well as the beach and the region is fantastic. I recommend visiting Lucca for the night out and dinning.

Beautiful resort and great value for money

My husband and I came for a weekend with our dog. When we first arrived, I was a bit disappointed as our apartment was on the other side of the road, quite a long way from the beach. The apartment is rather dated, but spotless and spacious. I had imagined a little cabin, a few steps away from the seat, but those do not accept pets. Then I started to realize how lovely this resort is. The vegetation is luscious, it has a nice coffee shop and a beautiful swimming pool. Because we came in June it was still very quiet and we had the whole pool to ourself. The beach is gorgeous, sandy, and very long. At the end of the weekend we agreed that this place is beautiful and great value from money. I’m already looking to see when we can come back.

Grundsätzlich schöne Anlage mit tollen Strand und schönen eigenen Liegen/Schirm. Positiv zu erwähnen sind die Restaurants in der Anlage mit feinem Essen aber natürlich mit den üblichen Preisaufschlag gegenüber den Restaurants ausserhalb. Für den Preis leider mit Abstrichen (Zustand Bungalow, 3 x Handwerker in 10 Tagen, keine Reinigung, Fussballplatz gesperrt wegen Mängel,…).

Tolle Anlage mit Privatstrand-zu empfehlen !

Wir hatten eine Vila in der Riva Residence gebucht , bekamen sogar ein upgrade und hatten eine riesige, ganz neue Vila mit drei Schlafzimmern, drei Bädern, drei Terrassen, vier Flachbildschirmen, drei Tersoren - einfach nur super! Die Bahnlinien hinter dem Haus störte überhaupt nicht. Zum Strand ging es durch einen Pinienpark - wunderschön. Allerdings unbedingt Mückenmittel genug mitnehmen- zumindest war es im September so. Ich kann diese Anlage nur empfehlen, allerdings gibt es auch noch uralte Häuser die gar keine Urlaubstimmung aufkommen lassen. Unbedingt nachfragen ob neu und renoviert! Toller Privatstrand mit Liegen und Sonnenschirm inklusive.

La vita è bella a Riva

5ème été à Riva et vacances toujours aussi magnifiques. Infrastructure excellente et mesures sanitaires bien gérées. Le logement résidence était super spacieux et très bien aménagé. Félicitations à Salvatore, gérant du restaurant du Mariva, toujours aussi professionnel et sympathique. Points faibles augmentation des prix pour séjour hôtel et villette ainsi que demi-pension sans réduction pour anciens clients.

Villette immerse nella pineta marittima Toscana. Direttamente sul mare con patio per pranzare fuori e divanetto . Perfetto per rigenerarsi dopo il lockdown. Peccato solo per i lavori in spiaggia dalle 7 alle 19 con draga e ruspa e divieto di balneazione per 6 giorni. Siamo al corrente che è responsabilità del comune/ regione però..... un consiglio a destra e sinistra dal villaggio la spiaggia viene rastrellata togliendo i sassi sarebbe carino farlo anche ai ns . Ombrellone e sdraio a una buona distanza dal vicino e personale simpatico.

Fitness center is very good,tennis courts are ok , maybe can be improved the maintenance of the net ( couple of them was not properly set up).the sea is great , like Sardinia in the morning ...and with Beautiful waves sometimes to have fun...the lifeguards are the best ever seen . What can be improved is the level of the evening events arranged by the stuff : probably ok for childrens but not for adult people...people at the reception are amazing and always available.
