"Todo esta bien menos las camas algo pasó que las camas las pusieron nuevas después de la remodelación pero las bases les falta un refuerzo en el area de la cabeza y de los pies lo siento pero es la verdad es algo simple pero muy necesario de arreglar y todo estaría perfecto"
"Beautiful restoration of historic property . Really charming. Very nice staff. Sadly food was not good and pool was closed . Internet not reliable . But I would return . I happened to hit “off” days. There is other food in town."
"First off the check in guy was very rude and lack customer service skills and empathy hotel was disgusting there were bugs on the sink flies and mosquitos flying around the room the bed sheets were dirty with red stains we have a 2 month old and were definitely not going to stay there. We wanted a refund since we were not staying the night there and worker said booked through Expedia so we had to contact Expedia so we did Expedia called them so they can approve the refund and worker said Expedia had to call when the manager was there and it would be up to the managers discretion if refund was approved there is no way we can be charged for a service we did not receive & especially when the rooms were that filthy. I can bet a billion dollars worker and manager would not let their own babies sleep there hopefully manager approves our refund I asked worker for key for room so I can take pictures and have proof and he no longer let me into the room I just wanted to obviously run out of room since I had my baby in my arms so I didn’t take pictures of room the first time I entered definitely disgusting I hope they clean their rooms for their future guests my husband got bit by mosquito 1-3 minutes from being in there."
"Very dirty hotel dirty rooms dirty beds blankets pillow rusty fridge noisy this hotel for the homeless and it's a homeless center, what the hotel advertisestising not accurate no wifi no pool nothing"
"No hot water. Asked several times. All I got was I’ll have them check the boiler. Another woman at the front desk just shrugged her shoulders like whatever. Location is nice. No fridge in the room. Bed kept sliding away from the wall. Remote for tv had dead batteries. It’s just a cheap place to lay your head but at that price I’ve been in much better motels."
