"The rooms were large and absolutely beautiful, the beds very comfortable. The location is great, and we had a nice view of the Falls, which we all appreciated.
Parking was free, but finding the front desk from the parking garage was not easy. Fortunately, there was an older couple who obviously had been there before, and they helped direct us.
The workout room was meh. Adding some decent bikes (I recommend Peloton) would've gone a long way to winning me over.
Security staff were not super friendly (I guess that's not really their job). There also seemed to be some confusion about whether my 19 year old son was supposed to carry the casino walk-thru pass or whether I (mom) was supposed to carry it -- we were told different things by different staff members. (Them being surly and exasperated was not helpful.)
The worst thing I can say about the hotel was that they do have a smoking casino along with a non-smoking casino -- and the entire first floor, smoking or not, smelled like an ashtray.
Overall, though, our stay was quite nice. We appreciated being on a high floor (away from the smoke!) and with that fantastic view."
