The person we starred check in with swapped with another person to tell us about room change. Food vending prices are high. Flat pillows with absolutely not life left in them. Very small pool."

"This hotel has a fabulous location regarding Lake Winnipesaukee. I stayed there in March of 2025 and 2026 and both times paid a "resort fee" which consisted of nothing. The hotel staff were very nice. My room was clean, but run down. The furniture was scratched, gauged, and set up on blocks of wood. I will say the linens were clean, the amenities were so-so. This hotel is taking advantage of its central location. In March, location doesn't matter. No one is going to enjoy the lake, the beach, the boating, everything New Hampshire has to offer in summer months during the month of March. "
