"Property had mosquitoes! No face towels provided. Refrigerator was missing stuff and we had to tell them in advance so they don’t charge us. Breakfast was subpar."

"You should not book this place if you do not plan to cook daily. It is just like a studio ( kitchen with a bed and a sofa in the same room). The room is very plain with no decoration. Other than check in frond desk, there is no service like hotel. Even front desk, the door is locked with no body before 9:00am. Someone will send you breakfast but all cold pre order grocery items. It really is just a self serviced studio apartment. Not sure where the 4 star rating coming from. I only can give 2.5...

Il palazzo un pó vecchiotto, ma ben tenuto, la pulizia all’interno del B&B buona, peccato per i balconi (soprattutto per quelli che affacciano all’interno) che con tutti i piccioni che “soggiornano” sul tetto del palazzo, lasciano dei ricordi i poco piacevoli da vedere…"

"It is very noisy at night ( Friday ).The bar next door plays loud music with people drinking in the street until 2am.!!!! Finally they go home at about 3am. It is such a shame because everything else is so good. I can not recommend it for this reason."

"The building is under renovation. No actual front desk the woman who checked me in left me a bunch of keys and opened the garage. But was convenient to the ferry terminal which was way I stayed there. Room is basic but clean. "

The availability of coffee and fresh fruit and yogurt along with pastries was so good. The restaurant next door offers italian food and sushi. I will go back and i recommend this wonderful place. "

"I have great time to stay this guesthouse, wonderful arrangement to pick me up from train station, that’s what I saw the review from other guest and I followed. The location is good, walking distance to the train station, because I did day trips to the nearby little towns by train. After all, Francy is a very good manager (I didn’t ask her if she is the owner) and very helpful. I really really appreciate what you did, Francy! "
