"This stay included everything you would want (view, space, laundry abilities) and everything you wouldn't want (nasty voicemail regarding water, challenges getting luggage to location). We were not expecting glamour and specifically book this so we would have the ability to do laundry. We had challenges as the hot water wasn't working when we got there and they fixed it but left a nasty voicemail blaming it on us. The view is amazing! "Spent 1 night there. Location is great - 3 minutes from the "center", so it's quiet. very good restaurant there as well. There's no air-condition, so it was a bit humid in the room. There's an elevator. If you arrive by car - it's a No Traffic Zone, so you need to park few KM up and use the transfer services - 20 Euro per day. Very nice place to stay, with a beach, sea tours, restaurant and view."

"Communication with this property went above and beyond. The facility was gorgeous and directly on the beach. We had everything we needed. The windows could use a tune up and a tv would have been nice only because the Euro was going on. The kitchen had everything we needed. Overall it was a very nice stay. "

"We loved everything about this property, except on arrival carrying our over-packed luggage up 5 flights of stairs. But the staff at Cinque Terre Riviera were wonderful to work with and we enjoyed everything else about this property and our time in Cinque Terre. "Aucun contact humain avec l agence de location. Beaucoup de mails pour emprunte de cb et debit de la caution, scan des passeports de chaque résident, boite a cles facile à trouver mais l entree de l appart est mal decrite et compliquée a trouver.. Sinon, Logement correcte , un peu bruyant (entree de l immeuble, appart mal isole phonétiquement...). Volet sejour ne fonctionnait pas correctement. "
