"A spectacular stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. The &Tales hotel has excellent décor. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was very varied, with fresh, local produce. The custard tarts and homemade cake are irresistible. The location was convenient, within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions, including the castle. Easy parking in front of the hotel. I recommend it. "Everyone was very friendly and we loved the medieval village inside the castle walls. It is very charming and we enjoyed walking around at night. However while the room itself was very clean, we noticed in the morning (we may stayed one night) that our bed sheets were heavily stained along the corners. We took pictures and understand they’ve been passed on to management. "
