"The issue is the bad communication with expedia which they don’t resolve the problem professionally and they are not telling the truth about offer in the hotel until we arrived and have been informed by the hotel management. So I will never use expedia a gain and advice people to double check before they travel."

"A tour guide who picked me up from here said this was one of the oldest hotels in the city. It's a cool art deco building and the lobby is a great place to sit and talk to other travelers. The staff were all also very wonderful. The rooms themselves seem are fine for the rate but not great. This place is perfect if you want to be in the heart of Tunis and have a sense of adventure. If you're looking for luxury rooms try one of the resorts. "

"Staff and room was lovely for a disabled lgbt person and chose this hotel as it was part of a trans theme trip to Carthage as flew to Tunis on Trans Avia . My inbound flight was 3 hours late with Tunis air and this hotel let me check in after midnight. Lovely room, great hotel in the middle of everything and a great breakfast served next door in the cafe . Friendly staff who could not do enough as an lgbt person with invisible disabilities "
