Undergoing renovation which you don’t notice in your rooms. Staff worked hard to ensure beds were correct for us. Parking with Q-Park and discount code perfect. Great location. "

"The location is perfect, right in the city center with easy access to everything. The bedroom was a good size, but cant say the same about the bathroom. It was so small, we could barely sit on the toilet without being stabbed by the toilet paper holder/the actual toilet paper if it was full. Staff were not friendly at all, welcoming or helpful. We had different people at check in and check out and neither looked at does during the interaction and they rushed the whole process. There was never a good morning or a simple smile....nothing."
