We then had to wait two hours whilst the owner came to the property to get the room ready. "What a wonderful welcome from Hannah and the team. Brilliant stay and wonderful breakfast. They are currently carrying out a refurbishment (hence 4 rather than 5 stars for the actual hotel). Didn't impact, other than the restaurant being closed but wow from what they've done so far it's going to be stunning! Great location too"
