"The hotel is beautiful,it looks freshly decorated and clean.room was clean and had all we needed, exceptional for the price.location is perfect for pier,pubs,eating or shopping. Our new favourite place to stay. On street free parking is a blessing. Will be back again."

"The Saturday night I was there and there was a party in the function room. Yes I know it’s above a pub but the music was on until 11:30. The whole room was vibrating up and the music and shouting was so loud it was impossible to sleep. "

"The lamp didn’t work, no towels, random top in the cupboard, most channels had “no signal” on the tv, very hot in the room, no fan, old equipment (hair dryer sort of equipment) the inside of the kettle was dirty, bed had more springs then mattress, bathroom wasn’t great, a bit grimy, and you can hear into nearly every room near you, the car parking was easy "
