"The Chelsea hotel is extremely close to the train station, taxi rank and Asda supermarket so it's in a very convenient location. The hotel room was very clean and had plenty of tea, coffee, milk and sugar. There was a microwave, cutlery, plates, dishes, a TV, and a hairdryer. I found the entry instructions easy. The area was quiet and I had a great view of nearby houses and trees. Thank you very much for a great stay. "

"Property was clean, good location, near the cruise ports, restraunts, coffee shops. It was difficult for us to get into the building initially as we arrived later. But we got in touch with contact number and spoke with someone who arranged entry to building front door."

"The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers."

"It did not satisfy us at all. We left after 4 hours and did not stay the night as we didn’t feel comfortable to. it was a very tiny place compared to the pictures. The toilet seat was yellow, and there was no evidence of the place being cleaned. It was very dusty and the oven had a dirty pan in there. It looked like food had been cooked on it and not washed. There was no cutlery or anything the microwave seemed broken. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows very light. The cover felt like...

"Impressed. Room seemed newly updated and was clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was warm and the kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was good though the bacon could have been better cooked, it was a little underdone. Short walk to the beach. Note I parked on the street and now have a car covered in bird droppings so avoid the trees! Will definitely look to book again when we can. "

"Had a lovely two night stay here whilst exploring Bournemouth. The hotel itself is lovely and the staff were all very nice and accommodating. Good breakfast, spacious rooms; and a bath! A very convenient location to the beach and the town. It is right in the middle of a very steep hill though, not at fault of anyone, but it was a pain for myself to walk up; says more about me than the hotel lol! But an excellent value hotel and id stay again! "
