"I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Thon Hotel Moldefjord in Molde, Norway, and I'm delighted to share my positive experience. The hotel truly impressed me with its exceptional cleanliness. From the lobby to my room, everything was spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. What truly stood out, however, was the incredible helpfulness of the staff. Every member of the team I encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any request. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend the Thon Hotel Moldefjord to anyone visiting Molde!"

"Booked a room with a fjord view and we weren't disappointed - it was great just looking out the window. We also appreciated the extra space, with sofa and arm chairs to sit on. Bed very comfortable. We also had an excellent meal in their restaurant one evening, trying the local delicacy klippfisk. Molde is a very pleasant place to spend a couple of days and a good base for outings to e.g. Trollstigen and the Atlantic Ocean Road. It was our favourite stay in Norway so far this time, but there were a few minor downsides. It could do with a few more hooks for towels in the bathroom and easy to reach electrical sockets by the bedside (leading to the additional comment - please vacuum under the bed more often!). Also the staff, whilst not unhelpful or unpleasant, were not as friendly as other places we've stayed."

"We arrived just after the kitchen closed after having travelled a long way . Given it was my birthday I was hoping for a special meal . When I told the receptionist it was my birthday the chef said I will sort it for you . He prepared us a delicious meal of fish soup and king prawns and pasta with homemade butter . It was truly delicious and I would say Michelin star level . What a kind man . The breakfast was equally delicious with homemade muesli and homemade biscuits with the normal extras and even freshly cut sandwiches and freshly baked pastries . The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful .the downstairs decor was modern annd our room was big annd spacious with comfortable beds . All in all I would throughly recommend . Without a doubt the best food we have eaten in Norway 😃😃"
