"When we arrived at the hotel at 5.30 , long time after original checkin, the room was not ready for us 3, only for 2. So we needed to ask them to make an extra bed for us and extra towels. When I was going to the toilet, it was blood or poop on the toilet seat, so I started our visit with cleaning the toilet. My son 6 years old, comment in the glasses on the sink, they were sticky.
