"The electric went off in the morning we were checking out and we both have trouble getting down stair’s, didn’t know how to get in touch with desk for help going down the stairs. I took my bag to closest exit and asked another guest coming up stairs to help me and they were so gracious and helpful taking my bag down the three floors for me. I went to desk told the desk clerk my problem and asked if they could send someone to go to my husband’s room and help him get the bags down. They immediately sent some up to help. The electric was off two hours, a rain storm was the cause I supposed. A number to reach desk would have been helpful in the room. TY"

"We loved our room. It was clean and most importantly didn’t smell like many hotels.,Also a big plus that the air conditioning unit was not loud. Great stay and the staff was friendly and helpful always. Felt like being at the resort. Everything is close ."

"Wasn’t not the same motel we stayed at before. The room was dirty, furniture out of place. It was disappointing. The price point was 4 times what it was worth. We’ll look for a different hotel on our next trip. The one good thing was the breakfast. It was still good."

"The whole experience was horrible. If I could give a zero I would. Everything was dirty without exaggeration!!!! The water was turned off for hours without notice so I couldn’t even take a shower. There was lots of mold, lots of cracks all over the place. It smelled like urine. When I first entered my room I almost slipped on my butt because they mopped the floor with Clorox. My room felt like it was some type of gas chamber because the Clorox smell was so heavy I couldn’t breathe and it made my eyes water. The room I rented was supposed to have a bath tub and it did not. So I went to the front desk and they gave me a room downstairs so I went upstairs to re-grab all my stuff and head downstairs. When I got to my second room mold, hot, gross. I used the restroom and found out the toilet didn’t flush right and it was very loose. Also they slipped a note under my door that read a a hotel alarm test would be going off at approximately 11 AM so I changed my work conference call for 12pm. Well the alarm didn’t go off at 11 it went off at 12pm during my call and again about a hour later. Each alarm lasted for like 10 to 15 minutes. Literally the 2nd Worst experience in my entire life. I rented this room to get away from life for a little bit, time for myself. This hotel experience just made it worse. I was not the only one complaining there was other hotel guests that were so upset. I would have rathered slept on a park bench!!! You guys are a disappointment !!!!! EWW.."
