"I spent 6 unforgettable days at Serenity at Coconut Bay in Vieux Fort, Saint Lucia, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the service, warmth, and attention to detail were outstanding. My personal butler, David, was phenomenal—attentive, thoughtful, and always one step ahead of my needs. He made my stay effortless and memorable. A special thank you to Patrice in housekeeping, whose care and attention kept my suite immaculate every day, and to Tyler, who added such a personal touch with daily handwritten notes alongside my breakfast. Meeting her in person when I chose to dine by the pool instead of in-room service was such a pleasure—her kindness really stood out. I also want to recognize the amazing group of women in dining who checked in on me each day. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made me feel like family. Their dedication and hard work truly do not go unnoticed. My experience was so wonderful that I extended my trip for an additional 4 days to stay at their sister property, Coconut Bay Beach Resort, where the same high level of hospitality continued. Serenity at Coconut Bay is the perfect name for this resort—it’s a luxurious, peaceful haven with an incredible team that makes every guest feel special. "I was so surprised to see how beautiful this house is inside — absolutely gorgeous! Even the taxi driver was shocked when he saw it. Although I only rented one room, I had full use of the entire house upstairs and downstairs, and I was the only guest during my stay. It felt like home, and if I had brought family with me, it would have been one happy household. The host and her aunt are incredibly kind, respectful, and welcoming. They went above and beyond — the host even drove me to the airport at no cost. Their warmth made my stay truly special. The location is perfect, especially being so close to the airport, and the value is excellent compared to hotels. If I return to St. Lucia with my family, this will be the first and last place I stay. The combination of the home’s beauty, the great price, and the wonderful hospitality makes it unbeatable. Thank you to the host and her aunt for everything — you made my trip unforgettable! "

"this is such a lovely property with a million dollar view. the apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had reliable wifi during my stay. the full kitchen was well appointed and the villa’s owner, Ruphena, even stocked a complimentary supply fresh fruits and beverages which made my stay feel like home away from home. the property is located on a quiet road not far from the UVF airport. Ruphena is truly the best part of the property. she truly is went above and beyond to accommodate my stay and make my family member’s birthday one to remember. i would definitely stay at this property again. "This property was exceptional as is Bonnie who owns it . We rented the private villa with a private pool . There were 5 bathrooms in total in this villa , with 3 spacious bedrooms. Overall, the accommodations were as extraordinary as the view , local culture and amenities . We give this 5 stars plus ! "

"I stayed at the upper house. I was the only person there other than host (this is someone's home). It is a beautiful property part way up the hill with a fantastic view of the sunset and of the Pitons in the distance. It is very quiet there for a good night's sleep. I really needed a break at the time and this was the perfect place for it. I walked up 30 minutes to the observatory at the top of the hill for a beautiful view of the southern part of St. Lucia. Later in the day, I walked another 40 minutes to the beach by the airport for a good lunch and some more relaxation. The host will arrange for taxi rides to and from either airport. The taxi company can arrange for excursions if you want. I would highly recommend if you want to get away from it all."

"DO NOT BOOK HERE. THIS IS A SCAM. We paid for a night when our flight was canceled. Then the property informed us of a 3 night minimum. The booking should have been refused but instead they took our money and refused to refund. I have all the documentation but Hotels.com states they cannot help. Avoid dealing with this property and owner. "
