"My room was supposed to have a view of the lake. The view was mostly of the less than stellar looking building in front and a parking lot. The lake was a long way away, with many trees in the way. When we checked in, the man was very abrupt and talked really fast. We were tired from a long drive. He seemed bored and wanted us to move on. Our room was large, the bed comfortable, shower good, nice to have a kitchen. Terrible choice of coffee for guests. The building is in need of many repairs. I was expecting much more from the pictures & description. "

"We did pay unexpected fees and the hotel was very disappointed also the hot tub doesn’t work if we just get notice so we can plan a head and booking another place Also the bathroom was dirty is not that was expected plus the shower not have hot water "

"This hotel was extremely noisy. We were there for my daughter's dance competition and had to wake up early the next day. There was a night club across the street playing music loudly until past 2:30am. There were kids running up and down the halls screaming, people smoking marijuana in the rooms, and I could hear my neighbors fighting loudly next door. I went to the front desk and raised these issues with the manager that was there at night and she essentially told me that I made a mistake by booking a hotel that also has a casino when I have kids that have to wake up early. We ended up leaving in the morning and not staying for our second night even though it was pre paid. It is sad because I was excited to stay here. The rooms do look renovated and the other staff we encountered were very friendly except for the one in the evening. I did like the Wolf restaurant. Unfortunately I will never stay here again and will never recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"We have stayed here multiple times. The grounds are well kept & updated. Very clean. Located next to the river. Across the driveway is the Bunny Slope where there are the most delicious pastries & coffees. The cappuccino is consistently the best I’ve ever had. "
