"The shuttle service was good. The breakfast was average, but plentiful. My only complaint is the accessibility. I booked an accessible room and asked for a shower chair on my reservation at the time of booking. There was not a shower chair in the room. We asked at the desk about it and were told that we needed to ask in the morning. We called at 0645 to receive the shower chair. At 7:15, we got a call back saying that they would bring one in 15-30 minutes. It was too late, and without a hose, a shower would have been difficult, so I had to pass on the shower. The room was spacious and had adequate rails in the bathroom, BUT, there was only a bathtub option for bathing. Most handicapped people have difficulty using bathtubs. The shower head did not have a hose on it to make it usable for a handicapped person. This was disappointing. Otherwise it was good."

"Room was clean, spacious and included microwave and small fridge. The staff was nice and even suggested a couple of places to eat in the vicinity without having to cross the main transitorial hwy. Breakfast finishes early in believe 8:30 am maybe 9. No hot tub in the room I got assigned to me but that doesn't mean there isn't any in other rooms."

"The final airport shuttle to the hotel never showed up. They reimbursed me for my Uber. There was an odor in the hallways and room. Breakfast was ok. Good enough for three price, free. Room was clean and functional. Air conditioning mediocre but it did the job. The room was humid and cool. Not just cool. I will be staying there again in a few days and I'll see if it's a different experience."

"Billy the shuttle driver was great courteous and got me to the airport ahead of time. I can walk to restaurants and enjoy the pool up until ur flight there is an outside shower to rinse off and run to the airport very relaxing ! Just 10 min to airport but not noisy!"
