"No instructions how to check-in, and took sometime before someone came out to show us our apartment. Shower preasure and temperature was intermittent. Heating was insufficient so we had a very cold night. Staircase light blew on us"

"Great place, quite far from the slopes. There is a shuttle but it was not consistent and there wasn't a schedule available. Also, if your driving it is difficult to find parking near the slopes so go early. "

"The view is fantastic, and the management is very professional and helpful before, during and after your stay. Also, the yard in front is big and has a lot of toys and equipment for kids and family to use. The one thing I would take note of is that you cannot control the room heat on your own, because it is a pension and not a hotel. "The staff members have been exceptionally kind and considerate. They have primarily taken great care of my parents, who are 76 and 84 years old. Furthermore, my mother inadvertently left her wallet in her room, but the staff assured us they had located it and will deliver it tomorrow. I am very thankful!"

"It was super comfortable and clean and the hostess was super nice. She gave us fruit and helped us with the bus. We ended up missing the bus and she gave us a ride. The pool and BBQ area were really pretty as well. Loved it. "

"숙소 안내 해주시는 분 엄청 짜증내요. 숙소 안에는 머리카락 있고 곰팡이있고 수건에서 냄새나요. 바베큐 신청하려다가 청소상태보고 바로 포기했습니다. 다신 안가요."

"This will be the best indoor / outdoor sauna facility anybody sees and the whole property is beautifully situated on Buk-Han Mountain, so if you're into hiking, I cannot think of a better place to stay. That said, the breakfast buffet is way overpriced at ~$50 USD/person and it's definitely not worth that. There are many good local restaurants right outside the gate (follow the local hikers!) so definitely recommend eating out. Also the room we stayed in Jr Timber Suite had a terrible view (I read that the hotel overall doesn't have a good view) and the room was kind of small for 3 adults FYI. "

"The location is very convenient although a bit far from the city centre, but the subway and the Airport Limousine Bus are about 2 mn from the Hotel. Overall the hotel is quite pleasant, clean, plenty of amenities and staff at front desk are very friendly."

"The small hotel is charming - I enjoyed the back garden area and the soft music, and the hot water in the lobby. It's a 3 minute walk to Cheongnyangni station, and from there you can get almost everywhere within 1/2 hour. My room was compact but had everything I needed and was Extra hangers were provided on request. I like the area, very walkable. There are cafes, bakeries and convenience stores every block, on both sides of the boulevard. And the staff were SO nice - friendly and helpful! Basic English was understood and spoken by a few, and for the few that didn't, a translation app worked fine. I'd definitely recommend!"
