"It is one of the most frustrating aspects of this experience. The umbrella's and chairs delivered, yet they do not include the pin for the umbrella on a windy day and do not tell you this. I watched everyone on the beach struggle to put up their umbrella and not have a pin. They were happy to take the money, but not explanation nor trust of the guest. When trying to call them, they did not answer the phone, sometimes for 45 minutes. Then the attendant would take even longer to fix the problem. The management itself has some fixing to do. They are not for the customer, they come up with excuses and blame the customer before they take any credit. Honestly, I would find another property if you want a full relaxing experience. It took seven days for management to fix a problem they caused on my credit card. If customer service is what you enjoy in addition to your trip, go elsewhere."

"This was our second stay at Driftwood Inn and we enjoyed it as much this time as the last! Property is immaculately cleaned, comfortable and has everything we need. The beach is a short walk away and the included cart, umbrellas and beach chairs make it easy to enjoy your time relaxing in the sun. Highly recommend this property for your beach time!"
