"Clean, comfortable hotel, quiet when we stayed there during low season, good location. Did not like the 4 pm check-in. Arrived at 1:30 pm. With no-one around, we used the code they sent to get into the reception. We were not able to get into the room, even though it was available. At 3 pm the receptionist arrived. Even though no-one else was around and we were obviously waiting, she did not offer to check us in until we asked if we can check in “early”, apparently as a favour. The rather late...

"The hotel is very beautiful, but I didn’t fully understand the concept. There’s no room service, during the stay they do not clean the room, and for dinner, there’s only a mediocre buffet or an Indian restaurant that’s always full. In the end, guests order takeaway pizza and are allowed to eat it in the luxurious lounges. Quite a curious contrast.
