"A beautiful property! The lady that checked us in was super nice and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and while I liked it, my wife found the decor a bit odd with its use of unfinished wood furniture. The breakfast buffet the next morning was excellent (the spread and the service). The hotel location is also great and very scenic! "Great hotel, in good proximity to Braies and Tre Cime. The food was varied and tasty throughout, with half board offering excellent value for the evening meals. Staff were friendly throughout the stay. The room was clean and comfortable, though a little noisy from surrounding rooms at times. A mini fridge would have been a useful addition for storing supplies ahead of days out. Would recommend this hotel for its location and food."

Rooms were comfortable, and the hospitality was outstanding throughout. "If you want authentic alpine atmosphere without the formal resort nonsense, this is the place. Waking up inside thick stone walls with views of the valley was a highlight. The grounds are peaceful, the bed was beyond comfortable, and the staff made everything effortless. It feels less like a hotel and more like a quiet retreat. Highly recommend."

"Such a charming place in the quiet town of Sillian. The dinner was spectacular—everything was just perfect. I had the best tiramisu of my life! Breakfast was great as well, and I especially enjoyed the local honeycomb. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived on a rainy night after an exhausting hike, and it felt so nice to be warmly welcomed into such a cozy place. We’d definitely stay here again!"

"We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel. The location was beautiful, with amazing views and a lovely Austrian atmosphere. Our room was always clean, tidy, and comfortable. Kids corner was clean, well maintained, and greatly equipped. The staff were fantastic, very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We especially appreciated the surprise birthday cake they prepared for our daughter at breakfast, which made her day very special. The dinners were delicious with traditional Austrian food, and there was plenty of choice. We would be very happy to come back again!"
