"The view of the lake was magnificent. The views and heritage homes were wonderful. The amount of day tourists were alarming, and the fact the way they behaved. As for the room itself, it was great. My only two issues were that the shower could not be properly adjusted and would always spray out onto the floor. And it was very hot without air conditioning. A fan was provided which helped a little. "

"From beginning to end everything was perfect, such a relaxing place. Smooth check in check out, staff friendly. Room spacious and clean. Loved the kitchen and everything had to offer. Beautiful views and walking path from the room to around the lake. "

"The view from our room was perfect. I could have stayed there forever. The wifi is a bit finicky, but wasn't a huge deal for us. The check in and check out process was so easy, and there was great parking just in front of the building."

"Apartments state they have a washing machine and tumble drier in the kitchen of the property. They do not. There is a washing machine that you can use within very limited hours on the ground floor of the block but no tumbler. Booked this specifically for this reason mid way through a 3 week holiday to allow us to wash clothing, so disappointed. Property owners seemed confused, stating that they had withdrawn from Hotels.com and then stating that our booking was safe, then refunding us the morning of checkout. No idea what was going on at all."

"Extremely comfortable stay here at HomeBound. The place was modern and very nice, with sufficient space for 5 adults (1 person had to sleep in the living room, which works for us) and kitchen fully equipped for us to prepare 2 meals a day. Apartment also had 2 toilets and 1 shower which was very helpful for our group. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Had a quick, lovely stay for one night in Hallstatt. The hotel is very quiet and secluded, with a beautiful view of the lake. Roshni, our host, was wonderful and was able to answer all our questions and arranged storage for our luggage."
