"We liked the property , it has rustic look and feel. Excellent breakfast with nice variety. Staff front desk very helpful. I would add some kettle and coffee maker in the room . Beds are comfortable. There are no shampoos and conditioners provided for the guests use. In general we had satisfactory experience."

"They charged 120 Euros extra for a 3pm Checkput, even though the rooms were totally empty! I had checked in late at 2am & while Checking in they had said I could have a relaxed checkout. But the lady at the reception seemed to be racially discriminatory & very Rudely said 40 Euros per hour for late Checkout!"

"This property offers a tremendous value at low-season rates. It’s positioned on a peninsula jutting out into the lake so the views are unmatched. The half-board program provides dinner and a very substantial afternoon food offering for a minor upcharge and is well worth it. Breakfast is also a large and varied spread. While it’s an older building, I found the essentials functional, and the room was relatively spacious. Service was friendly and unfussy; housekeeping was kind enough to leave an apple most days. One minor issue is it’s not the quietest: it’s located next to the railroad tracks so passing trains are audible, and one morning I awoke to gardening equipment that should probably have been run later in the day."

The breakfast was substantial, with a large variety of cold options (meats, breads, jams, etc.) and a few hot ones (eggs, sausages, bacon, vegetables)."

"Most comfortable beds of our 4 hotel stays in Austria. Clean, quiet, has soundproof windows that open. Close to village, walk to some restaurants and grocey. Very happy we chose this location for driving to lake district. Used the free bus pass to all of Salzburg area. Bus is super easy and on time. Friendly front desk staff helped with tourist recommendations, restaurants and bus routes in English. "

"The room is very clean and very nice. The breakfast is wonderful and has a huge variety of food. The staff does the bare minimum and don’t expect Michelin key behavior. The pool area and changing rooms had no towels. No one there to help. Called room service several times and nothing showed up. The main restaurant was closed 3 out of 4 nights and the back up restaurant was not busy, and still couldn’t accommodate basic things like cocktails or controlling coughing children from touching other peoples tables "
