"I arrived on my birthday with a bit of a cold. The receptionist kindly recognized by birthday and looked for an open pharmacy in the area to help with my cold. After stepping out the next day for a couple of hours I returned to the room to find my bed made and my room cleaned along with a small bouquet of flowers, some Swiss chocolates and a birthday card on the desk. How sweet is that!"
