"Nice resort, but I can’t give 5 stars because the room was lacking privacy. We booked the lake view balcony room, but the balcony was shared with the adjacent room and only separated with a glass partition. The neighbors could see into our room which was unacceptable."

"We stayed at the Jufa Hotel several years ago and found it quite comfortable. Even though we might have liked to be a bit closer to the concert venues, we managed the 20 minute walk each day without too much stress. Jufa is a relatively quiet place with very nice community spaces."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the room was well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also very convenient. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily stay here again."

"Every staff member we met at the front desk were friendly, helpful and for our benefit spoke English comfortably. Rooms are compact and that's was with an upgrade from our original booking but it seems to be a norm in Europe. Pretty reasonable walking distance to the 'old town'. We would consider staying here again."

"Very clean property very basicl location great breakfast buffet loved staff Laundry bit of a walk rooms very clean loved the linens One front desk enployee VERY RUDE she was talking to someone with me. Standing there. The woman then left I stood at the desk 5 minutes or so to ask a question. She was at the computer the whole time and flatly. Ignored me. Until I asked the the question then she finally looked up. Happened twice Overall, a very nice hotel. Would highly recommended."

"We stopped in Salzburg for one night on our trip to Vienna and wished we had stayed for two! The hotel was located walking distance from centre, Mozart residence and Mirabellplatz and gardens as well as the bridge across Salzach River to explore Old Town Town and Fortress. Our room was very spacious with amazing water pressure in the shower, ac, and a very comfortable king size bed. View was nice. Small treats on pillows and cool water bottle and fridge were appreciated. Staff at reception was very welcoming, friendly and super quick! We enjoyed our stay and would return to this hotel if we are back in Salzburg ️again :)"
