Absolutely best hotel ever stayed in. Service was great from the valet parking everyday to reception to the pool staff to the rooms. It was all fantastic!! We want to try another Oku now. Highly recommend the stay!

Great vibe, extremely friendly staff, beautiful Tulum-like design, high quality food, decent guests, overall absolutely fantastic. Rooms are spacious yet pretty minimalist (with a boho touch) definitely not luxurious but decent for an Ibiza trip. Outdoor furniture was very tiny and uncomfortable. The gym could use an upgrade. Besides everything was perfect, clean and loved the pool party. Valet service is very attentive which is helpful as the hotel is a bit out of the way (which is a positive) and taxis are sometimes hard to get in Ibiza. Will definitely return

Malfunctioned Aircon - nothing was done

OKU Ibiza is a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Reason for rating our stay with only two stars is that we had a luxery junior suite where the aircon was malfunctioning. The issue was addressed every day but never fixed. Standard answer was 'I am really sorry about that' but difficult to use that for anything. We paid almost EUR 4500 for three nights and did not have one good night of sleep. Just not good enought.

Wonderful hotel. So beautiful and lovely staff. Breakfast to die for anything you can think of but also beautiful quality. From the gentleman who looks after your car who offered water to go to the airport with to reception putting in cava and a cake for my partners birthday without asking. Wonderful hotel and I really hope I can come back one day x

OKU was better then my expectations. The staff was exceptional. We especially enjoyed or time at the pool - thank you Johnny for making it so fun. The food at the pool and for dinner was incredible. We loved everything we ate. Drinks were good too. On the healthy side we enjoyed both the yoga and the HITT classes, my facial at the spa and the yummy juice bar. The room was just OK, but we were in the most basic type they offer. Maybe splurge on a better level of room.

The OKU is an amazing hotel. Get the breakfast included! Restaurant didn’t have the greatest service for the price. Great pool vibe for afternoons and has a small hotel feel. Concierge is very helpful and valet will have your car ready in a moments notice.

Amazing hotel and the service is 2nd to none. Only criticism is the gym. It looks fancy, but it’s bang average. Style over substance and quite a few of the machines are either out of use or not functioning properly.

We stayed at four different hotels in our trip to Mallorca and Ibiza. And oh cool was definitely our favorite! Most amazing swimming pool ever! Everything about Oku was amazing. The room the restaurant the food at the pool the bar you name it. And a really great staff. We’re definitely planning to return to Ibiza and this time I think we will just stay there!

This is by far one of my favourite hotels ever. The staff and everyone at the hotel were amazing, the room, the pool, the breakfast & lunch all incredible. I can’t wait to visit again. It was an amazing week & we did not want to leave. The only downfall for us was there’s not much around if you want to be able to walk to restaurants.. but Madunia & La Torre near by are lovely. The restaurant onsite did good food but the service was really awful for us. Our waiter was painfully slow & really ignored a lot of what we were saying. It took 3 hours to have 3 courses & we had to ask for the bill about 4 times. Wouldn’t go there again.

This was my second stay at Oku, the first time I stayed in a Deluxe Junior Suite with my husband and it was amazing over looking the pool and dj. This time I had a lovely Deluxe Room to share with a friend and it was perfect for our trip with a large group of friends. The added sitting area provided enough space for us both and all our things. My only complain would be that the closet needs to allow for dresses to be hung, the configuration is silly. Also housekeeping needs to replenish things like cotton buds, etc daily and didn't for our stay. The turndown service with water by the bed was lovely when we came home from the clubs, as were the drinks in the lobby before and after nights out. The breakfast is very good and one of the best around tbh. If you want peace and quiet by the pool, Oku is not for you, a few friends did go to the family pool when they needed it more quiet. I also love that Cala Gracio beach and my fave restaurant Cala Gracionetta is a short walk away! The restaurant across from Oku is also very good and has great tapas and drinks.

Second time I’ve stayed here .. probably the worst experience I’ve had in a while, room wasn’t up to scratch had many issues that later was sorted after complaining to staff and then management. Before staying I had to change dates due to the passing of my grandmother.. was charged an extra £1500 for 5 days on top of what I already paid to change it by 2 weeks. You would have thought with a good heart that you would do your extra for a customer that has gone through something so difficult. Nothing at all. Service around the pool was shocking, basically served myself going back and forth to the bar asking for drinks. Asking for a straw. In the end had to ask for a manager took 3 people to finally for her to come and 45 mins later!! I genuinely would never visit this hotel again. Massive let down and anyone that is going I believe your paying for a 5 star hotel that should be 3 star for its bad service.

Breakfast buffet was really very good. Pool area has a great vibe. Lovely staff. Rooms are designed well with the exception of lights and mirrors for makeup. The mirror over the sink is tiny and there is t one over the desk so you have to sit on the floor in front of the full length. Another case of the designer probably not staying in the room to gauge user-friendliness. Staff very good. Lunch yummy. We’ll definitely be back!
