"On arrival the room had not been cleaned, left as previous guests had left it! What on earth did they think they were doing? Dirty bed linen and towels strewn across the uncleaned floors! The most disturbing thing was two tablets of ectasy were on the bed, unthinkable if young guests had thought they were sweets! "Amazing stay, wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is gorgeous and in a great location right on the beach. The views are amazing from the rooftop. They gave us each a free drink ticket upon arrival. We did not have time to go to the spa, I wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel was clean, well appointed, nice lounge with piano music, good breakfast. We drove a rental car there - the parking lot is a few blocks from the hotel, but it was not difficult. We called the front desk and they opened the gate to let us in. If you need to park you should let the hotel know ahead of time. "

"Lovely straightforward friendly modern hotel, newly and attractively refurbished. Very welcoming friendly staff who spoke excellent English and spent time explaining what was on offer. Spotlessly clean, newly refreshed and attractively furnished double room and ensuite, with very comfortable bed, I slept really well thanks also to the quiet aircon and blackout curtains. Great to have a small fridge in the room, and coffee making facilities - we also really liked the attractively laid out "honesty bar" in reception, and the range of items on offer. The hotel is conveniently located near a big supermarket, cafe and other local facilities but only about 20 minutes' walk from the centre of Girona. Will definitely stay in this hotel again if we get the chance to come back to this lovely area."
