"This apartment is managed by a management company. It was the only one where I had to pay a damage deposit (150 Euros) up front. You only get refunded 10-15 days after their confirmation of the way we left it. In our case they refunded when I asked for a status after 13 days. The location is near the metro which is wonderful. "The staff was friendly and accomodating. Despite being far from Barcelona center, the shopping center was walking distance from the hotel and with lots of dining options around.
