A very big thank you to the gentleman on reception last Friday October 2nd at 7AM. I think his name was Badoul, he was originally from Morocco. He went above and beyond in assisting us to get to the airport that morning when a taxi company let us down. Fantastic hotel, perfect location & very impressed by Badoul. A credit to the hotel."

"I enjoyed my stay at Vila de Tossa. The air-conditioning and wifi were exceptional. The location is excellent. It's across the street from the supermarket and a very convenient location to everything you need. The bus station is only a block away and many shops and restaurants are nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. I enjoyed the balcony and the blackout curtains were nice to have. It's only a short walk to the beach and old town but far enough away from the really busy areas. I highly recommend this hotel."

We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"
