"On arrival the room had not been cleaned, left as previous guests had left it! What on earth did they think they were doing? Dirty bed linen and towels strewn across the uncleaned floors! The most disturbing thing was two tablets of ectasy were on the bed, unthinkable if young guests had thought they were sweets! "Loved our stay. We were very happy they could accomdate an early check in after our long flight from Canada. The spa was wonderful. We enjoyed it with our 4 yesr old during their children hours (pool noodles included!) Breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend, super relaxing! "

"The hotel was built in 1902 and was pristinely maintained-it was like walking into history. The lovely garden and fountain, pool and outdoor patio were beautiful. It was a pleasure to stay in such a lovely hotel. The staff went above and beyond and were very kind. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I will be back-it was wonderful!! "
