This place is all about the wonderful staff. We felt so welcomed here. The rooms are nice. The pool areas are wonderful - our preference was the garden pool. Breakfast buffet offered a great choice.

We loved our visit to the spa with the sauna room along with the ocean view room, large luxurious bed, this is the nicest hotel we have been to. The energy in the hotel very calm and peaceful.

Lovely hotel to relax and chill. What stood out , were the very helpful and lovely staff who worked so hard to give guests a wonderful experience. The pools were good and the location was great , allowing you to wander in to the town , to eat and drink. We had breakfast everyday and there was always lots of choice and everything was very fresh. We also had a couple of evening meals at the hotel. We were impressed by the variety and tastiness , always served by cheerful and attentive staff. We would highly recommend this hotel for a getaway without children

Gorgeous Ibiza - Amazing hotel

The hotel and the surrounding areas are gorgeous. The staff are friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a lovely suite overlooking the beach. One thing to keep in mind is, while the hotel is adults only, the beach is not.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. It has everything anyone could want. The staff are superb. Peppi at breakfast is simply amazing to watch as he organizes everything efficiently and effectively. The hotel is incredibly well laid out with two great swimming pools, one an infinity pool, then steps down to a stunning sandy beach with plenty of cafes and restaurants. There are so many sunbeds you can laze around anywhere at any time of the day. There is simply plenty of everything you could ever want. Food, cocktails, drinks until midnight; the list is endless. 45 minute taxi ride to the airport so away from the usual Ibiza British tourist. Rooms have different layouts - the bigger rooms with add on living area tend not to have a pool or sea view so select if you want space or view. It’s adult only so no children to worry about, no fighting for sunbeds and staff to help you do anything at any time. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels all around the world from 1 to 5 star and value for money, this we all rated as one of the best we have ever been too. The one thing for us that made this hotel a notch above the rest was the amazing staff. Never have we come across everyone who were so courteous, respectful, helpful and immaculately presented. Fabulous hotel, fabulous location and we will most definitely be back.

The staff are so lovely and happy, they make the hotel a pleasure to visit. Excellent food choices and quality is superb. We love that it is small enough to feel friendly and intimate, but large enough to feel lively and has access to a brilliant beach for safe swimming and small bars along the boardwalk. Truly comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our 2nd visit and definitely not our last, I’m sure.

At this time of year the area is not over crowded and the area is stunning. The locals are very friendly and helpful. Grupotel staff were amazing. We stayed during the uk easter holidays.

The grupotel portinaxt was a very relaxing hotel. The room was very bright and clean. The other guests were quiet and respectful. The staff were all lovely. Breakfast was so good, so much choice and always very fresh. Definitely recommend this lovely hotel

Great staff and hotel. Had the best relaxing time and staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay. Only downside are the beds- all of them are twins and wasn’t able to cuddle with my partner 😅😅

Lovely stay

A lovely hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Being vegetarian I normally don't have much options but I had so much choice of non traditional English breakfast. My only criticism is the glass door to the bathroom was not very private.

Great hotel and lovely staff - highly recommend

My wife and I had a really nice stay at Grupotel. The staff were really friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is lovely and clean. The breakfast was lovely with a wide selection of food. The location of the hotel is amaaing in a gorgeous cove of the bay, just seconds from the beach below. The hotel also laid on free activities and we did yoga and breath work classes and went on a guided hike too. I'd definitely recommend staying at this hotel and area of Ibiza.

We arrived for check in after 4pm. Staff were very friendly and offered us a welcome drink, so we followed the lovely gentleman to the outside bar where we were offered a glass of champagne or orange juice which was nice. However, we were then sorted of abandoned. We finished our drinks and just sat for a while before heading back to the reception area to continue checking in - a bit odd! The room was basic but pleasant. There was only one sachet of coffee and no milk or sugar for hot drinks so we bought these ourselves. Our remote control for the TV didn't work but there wasn't much worth watching anyway so it wasn't a problem. We used the pool and had a cocktail each there. Didn't use the restaurant so can't comment on that. The hotel is well located and reasonably priced.

Absolutely gorgeous stay for our wedding anniversary. Upgraded to a sea view room. Great hotel, friendly staff, plenty of sunloungers available especially to say it was the middle of summer. Excellent buffet breakfast with plenty of options and replenished constantly. Lovely area with some gorgeous little restaurants and bars. Would definitely return and would highly recommend!

Nice break

Good hotel, very quiet, not overcrowded, a little too quiet for us as we like a bit of music round the pool which I could not hear, there is a grassed area which would be great if it stayed open later, even just for drinks but it closed around 6. Even so, enjoyable, a few bars and restaurants around the area, enough for a week, taxi from the airport cost us 55 euro, bring your own toiletries

The hotel could do with a little TLC, to bring it back to the 5 star hitel it claims to be. That said, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was always clean. The sunbeds weren't by the pool as shown on the hotel photo, neither are they as plush as the illustrated.
