This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at! As a solo traveler it was perfect too, very safe, staff amazing, activities most days - the food was delicious and as they have numerous pools it was the right amount of Ibiza party and peace when you wanted it. They had a band on at the steakhouse playing stunning Ibiza chill music too. It’s pricey but totally worth it, I honestly can’t wait to go back.

Had a great stay for a week in May half term. Read one reviews beforehand stating poor breakfast, not sure why, as the breakfast and location over looking the cove were amazing every day . Views much better than at the more expensive club part of the resort Super clean and polite helpful staff Location excellent for beach hopping and sunsets. Would definitely stay again

We gave visited this hotel many times and always been impressed by the friendliness of staff ,quality of breakfast and high quality of maintenance. Stunning property with a stunning beach (my standards for beaches are very high) and 2 lovely pools. The breakfast was amazing with a great view. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Loved the whole experience. Would recommend. You need a car to see the sights around. Nothing negative to say!

We stayed in the Club Rooms and it was perfect for what we wanted. We were right by the pool, the room and the whole hotel was clean, the staff were always so friendly and helpful and lovely selection at breakfast. No complaints at all. This was our second stay here and we would certain stay again in the future!

Lovely stay. Views were fabulous. Lots of choices of pools and also the beach at a stones throw. We did half board. Unfortunately only 2 places to choose from so we didn't get to try the steak restaurant as it was full on the night we could go. Only complaint really was the slow service. We would see our drinks at the bar and about 5 servers next to it but it would still take ages to get to us. Perhaps some more training. Service by the pool though was great even though there was a high charge for a bottle of water by the pool. Expect a bit more from a 5 star hotel. We stayed in a club room and they give you a trendy leather bracelet to get you into your room. Never seen that before and loved not having to think about key cards. Overall a good stay. No shops close by which was a shame and everywhere we went was a 30 minute taxi ride away.

My friend & I stayed here for 1 night on August 22, checked out on August 23, 2026. The resort was aesthetically amazing. Rafaela was very welcoming @ checkin, provided us with champagne after checking in, gave us a map of the resort & even told us about the beach party that night. We felt welcome until... My friend was taking a shower with the wicker curtain pulled down & I was sitting on the bed closest to the glass "wall". It was leaking water on the floor as she was showering. I used my bathroom towel to soak up the water to prevent a safety hazard. We went to the lobby & told the front desk (not Rafaela, someone else) & informed her of what happened. She said "can I have someone look at it tomorrow"?! I said "ma'am we check out tomorrow". And she just ignored us & my best friend said she'll use her towel to soak up the water. Unacceptable. This room was almost $500 USD per night & we weren't offered a new room, a remedy, repair, discount on the room. Nothing. I don't care about aesthetics, we deserved a 100% functioning room for the price paid & also better customer service. Also, when we went swimming at the pool, the restaurant @ the pool told us we couldn't not order food to eat poolside. Why do you have a restaurant that's dine in only by the pool??! This makes absolutely 0 sense. Finally, I took a quick swim the morning of the 23rd before checking out; I was the only person @ the pool with the bar where Oscar works (who was wonderful to speak with & offered rest
