"Pests in rooms, had to get staff to resolve ants in bathroom. Damaged furnishings. TV placed hung across room which would be easy to walk into if not careful. Dirty outside bedding on 'premium' sunbed loungers. Low quality and choice for breakfast. Good large portions for lunch and evening meals ..."
